Online Admission Procedure

  1. The Digital copy of college prospectus is available on the college website www.bjscollege.org.in. Students may obtain print copy of college prospectus from college website.

  2. No Admission form will be provided along with the prospectus. All the Admission are Online Admissions.

  3. Read the Guidelines for online admissions displayed either on the notice board or flex board.

  4. According to the Section of Admission viz. Senior / Post Graduate select proper section. Please feel free to visit following admission centers.

  5. As you are aware, admissions are online. You have to fill the online admission form of respective class by visiting following websites. http://www.bjscollege.org.in

  6. Read the guidelines before you start filling the Online Admission Form. Don’t forget to keep ready soft copy of your latest photograph (JPEG/JPG) Format, Size Less than 1 MB) and scan copy of your signature. You should note that, the same photograph and other information from your admission form will be printed on your Identity Card.

  7. All the students & parents are requested to note that admissions are subject to the intake capacity of the particular class and as per number of seats available for the subject of that particular class. Once the Quota of Seats / Subjects is over, no further admissions will be possible.

  8. The student may make enquiry after a week or two regarding vacancy (if any) the particular class / subject available due to cancellation of admission.

  9. The student should remain personally present for the admissions. He himself should fill the admission form either at home or any place which be feels convenient. The guidance facility for filling online admission form will be made available at the college for needy students.



  1. As explain before visit the website for filling Online Admission Form and select the college Bharatiya Jain Sanghatana’s Arts, Science & Commerce College, Wagholi, Pune – 412207.

  2. Then Select the option : “Online Admission Login’

  3. You will get the Blank form and you have to fill all the information asked in the form.

  4. The student should fill all the detail information carefully.

  5. Information asked in Red “marked fields are compulsory, without which you cannot proceed further.

  6. Student should upload his photograph and scanned signature in the respective box.

  7. On Completion of form select the option ‘Save Information’, then you will get two options ‘Print and Print Challan”.

  8. Get the Hard Coopy of Admission form (Printout).

  9. Download the Fee challan by using option ‘Print Challan’ and get the hard copy of ‘Printout) fee challans (two pages of A4 size) Having four challans.

  10. As directed in the notice go to the respective places for checking the admission form. Produce the original documents for verification and Attach the Photocopy of those documents of Admission Form. Get the Signature of Concern Clark on the Admission Form.

  11. Get the Signature of In-charge / Vice Princial on the Admission Form

  12. Get the Fee Challan chacked, Signed and Sealed from the Concern Clerk.

  13. Deposit the amount of fee allowing with the fee challans only in the Oriental Bank of Commerce, Bakori Road, Wagholi, Pune – 412207.

  14. While filling the Online Admission Form you must select the proper option FEE PAYING Category to get the proper fee challan e.g. : Fee paying, GOI Scholarship / GOI Freeship, SAARC, NRI, OMS.

  15. Submit one part of the challan duly stamp by the Bank (Copy for Form) at the place directed.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE :

No Admission will be confirm unless,

  1. You Submit Hard Copy of Admission Form in the College
  2. You submit Copy of Fee Challan (Duly Stamped by the Bank)
SUBMISSIONS OF ONLY ONLINE FORM DO NOT CONFIRM ANY ADMISSION

The Separate Notice will be displayed regarding issue of Identity Card.


The Candidate cancelling his / her confirmed Admission will be entitled to receive the refund of fees after deducting the amount as indicated below except otherwise prescribed by state Govt. / University / Competent Authority. This rule is applicable only for Sr. College Students.
